Phase 1: Building Awreness
We like to call this consultation phase “Building Awareness” because it is an interactive exchange between you and your Coach. Its purpose is for you to gain an understanding of the journey you’re about to undertake and for the Coach to understand you.
Unlike most trainers, we consider this initial phase essential in determining your current state of mind and body. We are non-judgmental and unbiased in this process. It is a conversation, usually lasting one or two sessions, each between 1 and 3 hours. It consists of four parts, which apply to the four phases of training.
